In two weeks, over one thousand individuals within the limb loss/ limb difference community will converge for several days at the Amputee Coalition National Conference in Tucson AZ. Heralded as the event of the year, individuals from all areas of the country and from a variety of professions will come together for education, networking, and fun. LIM Innovations® is excited to continue our tradition of exhibiting at National Conference.
This year we are sending a diverse mixture of Ambassadors and employees to the National Conference. Jessica is an above knee amputee from Michigan. She credits her Infinite Socket™ TF for allowing her to live comfortably. She struggled with prosthetic fit when wearing a traditional hard socket and was frustrated with the constant discomfort that came from an ill-fitting device. Amy, an above knee amputee from Oklahoma, opted to amputate after winning a battle with Osteosarcoma. Elliott, despite recently retiring from LIM Innovations®, is excited to attend his first Amputee Coalition National Conference. His below knee amputation was the result of a trauma while employed with LIM. Elliott enjoys traveling, and hanging out with his wife.
Deborah, our sales manager from the Midwest, is a National Conference veteran. She wears an Infinite Socket™ TT and is a familiar face within the limb loss community. She spends her free time hanging out with family and friends and is an avid sailor.
Geoff, who has a knee disarticulation amputation, is also our VP of Major Accounts. Between traveling for work and spending time with his young family, Geoff leads a busy life. His Infinite Socket™ allows him to remain comfortable despite the natural swelling that occurs within his residual limb when traveling.
